RECORDING Restore and Revive
Monday, March 21 2022, flexible, Zoom,

This registration is for the RECORDING of the workshop that takes place live on March 19, 2022. You will be sent the Zoom link the Monday (March 21) following the Saturday event. Viewing is available for a limited time: March 21-April 2, 2022.

During the Restore and Revive workshop we will uncover practical ways to nurture yourself amidst your busy days. We will approach self-nurture on a deeper level and create strategies to weave mini rituals into your life, so you are thriving. This will include overcoming stress and burnout with self-compassion and mindfulness practices. We’ll address how to find joy amidst pain and challenges. We’ll look at the less common symptoms of burnout and how to overcome them.  We’ll touch on how to leave work at work and enjoy your time off. Lastly, we’ll talk about believing in yourself and how to overcome limiting beliefs to set better boundaries and become your most authentic version of yourself.
